Majorly Travel is a travel advisory business run by Todd Major in Ontario, Canada. We are affiliated with Nexion Travel Group-Canada (TICO Reg. 1549342). These terms cover your use of majorlytravel.ca. Using the site means you accept them. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the site.
 

About this website

This site gives an overview of who we are and how we help people plan trips. Travel details move quickly. Fares, cruise itineraries, hotel rates, availability, and entry rules can all change with no warning, so what you read here may be out of date by the time you read it. Nothing on this site promises a price, a booking, or a particular result.

Real recommendations and bookings happen once you are a client. At that point they fall under a client agreement and the terms of the suppliers involved, such as airlines, cruise lines, and hotels.

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
 

Information you send us

When you fill out a form or contact us through this site, we use what you tell us to answer your inquiry and plan your travel. Our Privacy Policy describes how that information is handled. Please do not send passport numbers or payment card numbers through website forms or by regular email. If we need them, we will tell you how to send them safely.
 

Intellectual property

The text, logo, compass rose design, photos, layout, and other material on this site belong to Majorly Travel or are used with permission or under license. The Majorly Travel name, "Major trips. Minor stress.", and our logo are our brand marks, and you may not use them without our written permission.

You are welcome to view this site and to print or save pages for your own personal use. Anything beyond that needs our written permission first. That includes copying, republishing, selling, or adapting our content, and using automated tools to collect it.

Some images and other material on this site are owned by other people and used under license. Those owners keep their rights, and our permission to use something does not extend to you.
